Buying from Louella

Terms

Please read these alongside the artwork description, shipping and returns information before buying.

The artist and your contact

Louella Busby sells her own work under that name. The monitored contact inbox is dave@davecooper.dev. You can also use the contact form for artwork, order or policy questions.

The seller’s geographical address is Homelea, Bow Street, TA10 9PQ. Louella sells as an individual, rather than a registered company.

Buying an existing original

The shop currently sells existing original artworks. Each is a one-of-one piece. Read its title, medium, dimensions, description and price before choosing it. Screen settings can affect colour appearance; this does not remove your rights if the artwork is faulty or misdescribed.

Checkout temporarily reserves an available original. Opening checkout or returning to the shop without paying is not a purchase. The order-status page confirms an order after payment and the order record have both been confirmed, and a confirmation email is sent to the address supplied at checkout.

Your contract begins when payment is confirmed and the order is recorded. If you pay but do not receive confirmation, contact us rather than paying again.

Price and payment

Artwork prices are displayed in pounds sterling. UK delivery is included in the artwork price. Stripe Checkout shows the final total before you pay, including any accepted discount. Original checkout currently accepts card payments through Stripe.

Supply accurate contact and delivery details. See privacy for how those details are used and shipping for delivery arrangements.

Delivery, cancellation and problems

The shipping information and returns and refunds information explain delivery, cancellation and help with damaged, faulty or misdescribed artwork. Contact us with your order number if available so we can investigate a problem.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights. A unique original is not automatically excluded from online cancellation rights.

Commission enquiries

Submitting a commission enquiry starts a conversation and does not place an order or require payment. A bespoke commission needs its own agreed proposal covering the work, price, payment stages, timing, delivery and applicable cancellation arrangements before you commit. These shop terms do not create commission deposit or cancellation rules.

Changes to these policies

Approved policies will show their actual revision date. Later changes apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively replace the terms agreed for an existing order.
